Q: whAT KIND OF FLOORPLANS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE TRAPEZIUM LOFTS?

A: Every unit in the Trapezium Lofts has its own unique layout. Call or email us for more details, or to come see what we have available.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE LEASE TERMS?

A: Yes. Our standard lease term is 12 months, and we have other shorter-term options available. Let us know your needs, and we'll try our best to accommodate you! For leases as short as 30 days, check out our sister property, The Nash, located just a few blocks away.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

A: Small dogs and cats are welcome at the Trapezium Lofts! We also can accommodate larger dogs at our sister property, Mayton Transfer Lofts.

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

A:  ALL of your utilities are included in your rent. Just pay one bill each month! Your rent includes water, sewer, trash, electricity, high-speed internet, and a great DirecTV lineup!

Q: ARE YOU OFFERING ANY DISCOUNTS OR SPECIALS?

A:  Applicants on our preferred employer list are eligible for free applications and reduced charges at move-in. We also offer monthly move-in specials and deals – call today to find out our current offers.

Q: DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED APARTMENTS?

A: Not at the Trapezium Lofts, but our sister property, The Nash, offers fully-furnished homes.

Q: WHAT’S NEARBY?

A: We’re located on 3rd Street, just two blocks away from the heart of Old Towne Petersburg. Besides Trapezium Brewing Co. next door, some of our neighbors include Demolition Coffee, Buttermilk Bake Shop, Saucy’s BBQ, Mayton Transfer Lofts, and the Petersburg Civic Center.

Q: WHEN CAN I TAKE A TOUR?

A: We’d love to show you around! Our leasing office is located at 219 East Bank Street. We are available for tours M-F from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Call us at (804) 404-2209 to schedule a tour or visit our leasing office.

Q: I’M MOVING FROM OUT OF STATE, AND I’D LIKE TO GET EVERYTHING SET UP BEFORE I MOVE. IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE ARRIVING TO THE AREA?

A: We frequently work with people relocating from all over the country. We try to make your move as easy and stress-free as possible, and can take care of the application process electronically. To start the process, fill out our contact form, and a leasing consultant will respond within one business day.
